Car Guy and I went out to dinner the other night to a local Chinese buffet. Yum! We always enjoy doing buffet for dinner because we can each get what we want and can try new things. Car Guy always takes the opportunity to fill up on sushi and assorted seafood dishes, while I usually get some of the appetizery things that we don't order from non-buffet Chinese restaurants.
As usual, the bill came with fortune cookies. By some quirk of fate, the fortunes were related. At least when playing the "in bed" game. If you don't know what that is, you simply add the words "in bed" to the end of your fortune. Simple and innocuous fortunes become racy and hilarious.
Our fortunes this week? Car Guy's was, "You should be able to undertake and complete anything you desire." Mine read, "You will enjoy doing something different this coming weekend."
I have no comment on whether they will actually come to pass.
